- If you are unavailable to start a quiz at the scheduled time, the quiz will be rescheduled. You will have the option to either attempt it later or skip it and continue with the next one.

Complaints Policy

- For any issues with the quiz content or game experience, please report the problem through the app's support section, and we will investigate accordingly.

- The app will not be held responsible for any complaints if you fail to follow the quiz instructions or if you attempt to game the system unfairly.

- Complaints regarding the quiz quality or gameplay will not be accepted after 3 hours from the time of participation.
